An Upland home on Siesta Drive tops the week’s sales at $3.6 million. Ronald William Chapman and Susan Irene Chapman, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1400 Siesta Drive to Guy Salani, of Sarasota, for $3.6 million. Built in 1978, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,660 square feet of living area. It sold for $2.15 million in 2017.
