Park Residences of Lido Key is a boutique condominium community at 129 and 159 Taft Drive on the southern end of Lido Key. With only 18 residences divided between two low-rise buildings, it offers a more intimate alternative to the larger condominium towers found elsewhere on Sarasota’s barrier islands.
Developed by Seaward Development, with architecture by DSDG Architects and construction by Gilbane Building Company, Park Residences was designed around contemporary coastal living. The community combines spacious three-bedroom residences, covered parking, private storage, elevators, and a landscaped courtyard with a heated pool, spa, covered cabanas, fire pit, and barbecue area.
The condominium documents identify two buildings, designated Building W and Building E. Building W contains 12 residences and Building E contains six, with three residential levels above covered parking. Six top-floor residences also have private rooftop decks.
Original Bismarck and Royal floor plans provide approximately 2,458 to 2,460 square feet of air-conditioned living area, with three bedrooms, three full baths, large great rooms, open kitchens, generous primary suites, and covered terraces.
