Stephanie has overseen and managed the daily operations of Roger’s office since March 2011 and possesses 20+ years of real estate experience. Her areas of expertise include preparing listing presentations, listing agreements, contracts, and executing all closing activities. She has been a licensed Florida Real Estate agent since 1992 and holds an AA degree in English, as well as a Paralegal Certification

Previously, she worked with developer Taylor Woodrow on the Queens Harbour development on Longboat Key and The Oaks Preserve as the Office and Closing administrator. Stephanie also worked as Office Manager at RE/MAX and provided executive support to two of the office’s top producers. She moved to Sarasota in 1989 from Houston, Texas, where she and her husband owned and operated a private utility company. Stephanie is an avid animal lover.
